ok33 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the ok33 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in games, or claiming a promotional offer — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the ok33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the ok33 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, or any amendment thereto, your sole remedy is to immediately cease use of the ok33 platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ok33 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter hereof.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active ok33 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not prohibited from accessing online gaming services under any law, regulation, or court order applicable to you.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, consultant, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ok33 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an ok33 account suspended, closed for cause, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

ok33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe stipulated by ok33 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) ok33 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. ok33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ok33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ok33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

ok33 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks, request additional KYC documentation, and apply enhanced monitoring to any account at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the ok33 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ok33 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and MCB) may apply their own charges which are beyond ok33's control.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your ok33 account are available for wagering upon confirmed receipt. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the ok33 cashier and may vary by payment method and account verification status. ok33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same ok33 account, or to an account held in your own verified name.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements must be settled before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• ok33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where account activity has triggered enhanced review.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only. ok33 does not guarantee withdrawal processing within any specific timeframe beyond its published guidelines.

ok33 will not process any withdrawal to a third party, anonymous account, or cryptocurrency wallet unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific written agreement with the account holder.

ok33 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms when read together.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ok33 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

By participating in any game, sport, or activity available on the ok33 platform — including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, and arcade titles — you agree to the following:

• You are placing wagers on the outcome of games or events for entertainment purposes only.
• All game results generated by ok33's certified RNG systems are final. ok33 does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profit from gameplay.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, ok33 will apply its published technical fault resolution procedures. ok33's decision in relation to any disputed game result is final and binding.
• Bets placed on cricket and other sports markets are subject to the specific sportsbook rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the ok33 sportsbook rules section.
• ok33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system or human error.

The minimum and maximum stake limits for all games and betting markets are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. These limits may be adjusted by ok33 at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ok33 platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access, navigate, or interact with the ok33 platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in any ok33 game or system for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other criminal activity using the ok33 platform or its payment systems.
• Colluding with other players in any multiplayer or live dealer game environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology used by ok33.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ok33 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Accessing the ok33 platform via VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask or alter your true geographic location.

All content on the ok33 platform — including but not limited to the ok33 brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ok33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ok33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ok33 content without prior written consent from ok33.

Any unauthorised use of ok33's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ok33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical failures beyond ok33's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider, game supplier, or data provider.
• Losses arising from your gambling decisions or wagering outcomes.

ok33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ok33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by ok33's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ok33, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

ok33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy of ok33.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At ok33's sole discretion where it determines that continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

You may close your ok33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Where an account is closed by ok33 for cause, ok33 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, to retain those funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ok33 platform. ok33 operates in compliance with applicable international online gaming regulations.

In the event of any dispute between you and ok33 arising from your use of the platform, ok33 encourages you to first contact customer support to seek an informal resolution. ok33 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint being lodged with ok33 customer support, either party may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms. ok33's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, and account management is final and binding unless demonstrably in error.

ok33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ok33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or a notice displayed upon login prior to the change taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the ok33 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the ok33 platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in Section 10 above.
